NRL: Manly Sea Eagles vs South Sydney Rabbitohs

Both sides enter today's game after being comfortably beaten by their opposition in Round 1. Manly capitulated against the Eels literally, being starved of possession and when they did get the ball, they turned it over. The already fragile Manly forward pack is made more fragile with Taupau and Addin-Fonua-Blake picking up 1 game suspensions for shoulder charges. Rabbitohs's backline suffered early in the game with a centre out to concussion then losing their fullback in Inglis for the whole game/season, lost their structure completely and never quite recovered. The rabbitohs have the edge in the forwards while the sea eagles have the edge in their backline. The inclusion of Reynolds gives the rabbitohs the edge in the halves. The line has dropped because of the Renyolds inclusion but I just can't back either side. However, I do not think Manly could play any worse in attack last week and I think (barring any concussions and further in-game injuries to their backline) the rabbitohs will be much better for the run last week and I see a fairly open and high-scoring game in perfect weather conditions for footy. Give me the over here.

My Recommended Play: OVER 42 WINNER
